5 Minute Strawberry Sorbet

5 Minute Strawberry Sorbet - two ingredients, frozen strawberries and honey!

Some days I have no patience in the kitchen. I want instant yumminess. That’s where a food processor comes in handy. This sweet treat is marvelously refreshing and it takes a whole 5 minutes.

Sorbet

Just like my 5 Minute Strawberry “Ice Cream” recipe, this one relies on the magic of a food processor. Add 3 cups of frozen strawberries and 2 tablespoons of honey to a food processor and let it rip! Process on high for about 3 minutes and then scrape down the sides. smooth

Process until it is uniformly smooth. Taste and add more honey as your taste buds direct you.

Garnish with sliced almonds or a drizzle of chocolate. To make your own chocolate drizzle, just use the same method I used for my Monkey Pops.

I served this to my kids during the week of Valentine’s Day. It was a hit with all three of my monsters.

Thanks, Tammy! I’d make this recipe again, and again, and again. 🙂 I love recipes like this – easy and nearly no planning required because I always have frozen strawberries in my freezer. Let me know what you think!
