Healthy Hostess Hack 1: Use cute little plates, cups, or other container to help guests eat a non-Godzilla serving size.

I’ve been trying to reign in my portions lately. I can quickly chow through a multiple servings of pita chips without blinking, breathing, or any recognizable cognitive activity.  I made these paper containers for my most recent birthday boy who wanted to have chips, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, and guacamole for his school treat. They helped me evenly distribute the snacks and were a cinch to make.
