Books:
I am an AVID reader. It is partly because I need an escape from reading Moo, Baa, La La La. But mostly because I love to get new ideas for making my home healthy. No book suits my family perfectly, so I just take the bits I like the most. No need to get overwhelmed with incorporating everything at once or trying to morph my house into the author’s “brand” of healthy. These are the books that have helped me on my journey to improve the health culture of my home. I hope they help you.
