I’m far too lazy to reorganize these photos. Use your beautiful intellect to put them in chronological order. The bowl of flour precedes the loaf. Right?
I was knee deep in dirty dishes, laundry, and anxiety. Obviously I needed to
go for a run bake something. I love baking with my sweet ones. They joyfully wield wooden spoons. They taste as they go. Even sampling crunchy bits of wheat germ makes them squeal.
I tweaked a recipe for Whole Wheat Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls. Instead of making rolls, I created two loaves. The only change I made was divide the dough in half. Form two loaves and bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crusty looking. Head over to Kretschmer for the recipe.
Go on. Go bake. Do you want some fabulous Kretschmer Wheat Germ of your very own? Leave a comment with your favorite things to bake during a cold spell. That will put you in a randomized drawing to win a jar of your very own. Either way head over to their recipe collection for some healthy ideas to toss in your oven. Let the sticky dough therapy begin!
I received free product from Kretschmer. Opinions and rants are mine.
