Broncos Berry Breakfast Parfait


  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (I love Mountain High or Horizon Organic)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola or low-sugar breakfast cereal


  • Layer the ingredients and serve immediately to excited football fans. If you want to make ahead, don't include the granola or cereal. Have the cereal in a bowl along side the parfaits for guests to sprinkle on the top.
