We all need a few dump and pour recipes. This is an old-standby at our house. The chicken is moist, flavorful, and pairs with wraps, tacos, burritos, salads, and nachos. I am also just obsessed with chipotle chiles. (Try this one on for size: Chipotle Popcorn Recipe)
This perfectly moist chicken will fit into your meals all week!
- 4 Chicken Breasts, thawed
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Chipotle Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Heat on High for 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. Enjoy on burritos, tacos, wraps, nachos, and salads.
